摘  要:大多数高校开设的“液压传动与控制”课程都面临着课程课时量大幅度压缩、先导课程开设不全面、教学模式和手段单一、理论课程和实践操作脱节、学情差异性大、学生学习效果不理想等问题。针对上述问题,该文以就业岗位要求为导向,结合“项目驱动式”教学和混合式课程建设的特点,构建了以“项目驱动”的混合式教学模型。在项目式教学的基础上,以教师教学活动和学生项目实施两条主线设计教学环节,采用多元化的教学方式,使学生明确了学习任务和目标,有效提高了学生学习的兴趣和自主性,同时教师的教学重点更突出,能够更有针对性地培养学生的创新思维能力和工程应用能力。The"Hydraulic Transmission and Control"course offered by most colleges and universities is faced with problems such as greatly compressed class hours of the course,incomplete opening of pilot courses,single teaching mode and means,disconnection between theoretical courses and practical operation,great differences in learning conditions,and unsatisfactory students'learning effect.In view of the above problems,taking the employment requirements as the guidance,this paper constructs the hybrid teaching model based on"project-driven"in combination with the characteristics of"project-driven"teaching and mixed course construction.On the basis of project-driven teaching,teaching links are designed by the two main lines of teachers'teaching activities and students'project implementation,and diversified teaching methods are adopted,which make students clear learning tasks and goals and effectively improve their learning interest and learning autonomy,and make teachers'teaching focus more prominent and can train students'innovative thinking ability and engineering application ability pertinently.
