中低速磁悬浮列车车内噪声预测与分析

摘  要:中低速磁悬浮列车的车内噪声对乘客的舒适性有很大影响,而关于中低速磁悬浮车内噪声特性仿真分析较少,有必要开展中低速磁悬浮列车车内噪声预测与分析。首先基于统计能量分析(SEA)对中低速磁悬浮列车进行车内噪声建模;然后,对仿真结果进行功率流分析,得到车内最大噪声出现的位置与显著频段;最后分别针对声源激励和车体隔声进行车内噪声灵敏度分析。结果表明:中低速磁悬浮列车车内最大噪声出现在客室中部和250 Hz~800 Hz频段内,这与车下声源分布有密切关系。地板隔声和受电靴-供电轨系统空气声源激励变化对车内噪声影响最为显著。通过统计能量分析和灵敏度分析对中低速磁悬浮车内噪声进行预测和分析,为我国中低速磁悬浮列车的低噪声设计提供有益参考。The interior noise of medium-low speed maglev train has a great influence on passenger's comfort,while there are few simulation analysis work on the interior noise characteristics.Therefore,prediction and analysis of the interior noise of medium-low speed maglev train is carried out in this paper.Firstly,based on the statistical energy analysis(SEA),the interior noise model of the medium-low speed maglev train is established.Then,analyzing power flow of the simulation results,the position and frequency band of the maximum interior noise are obtained.Finally,sensitivity analysis is used to analyze the excitation parameters of the sound source and the sound insulation parameters of the medium-low speed maglev train.The results show that the maximum interior noise of the medium-low speed maglev train appears in the middle of the carriage and in the 250 Hz-800 Hz frequency band,which is closely related to the sound source distribution beneath the carriage.The floor insulation and the change of air sound source excitation of collector shoe and conductor rail system have a most significant influence on the interior noise.In this paper,the interior noise of medium-low speed maglev is predicted and analyzed by means of statistical energy analysis and sensitivity analysis,which provides some references for the lownoise design of domestic medium-low speed maglev trains.
