摘  要:在国家教育事业面向2035、开启“十四五”规划的背景下,作为高等教育人才培养重要环节的高校第二课堂建设也逐步进入了实践创新的“深水区”。改革开放四十余年来,第二课堂发展历程中围绕“一二课堂”关系形成了五种争论,而争论背后存在的根本原因则源自第二课堂本身。面向新时代,高校第二课堂应确立全新的内涵外延,明确“协同”基本定位与“整合”建设理念,奠定基础、凝聚共识,从实施原则、实现路径、重要价值三个方面,尝试认识和探索“书院制”这一新时代高校第二课堂建设的新模式。In the context of the national education undertaking facing 2035 and the opening of the“Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”,the construction of the second classroom in colleges and universities,as an important part of higher education talent training,has gradually entered the“deep water zone”of practical innovation.Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,five debates have been formed around the rela⁃tionship between the“first and second classroom”in the development of the second classroom,and the un⁃derlying reason behind the debate is the second classroom itself.Facing the new era,the second classroom in colleges and universities should establish a new connotation and extension,clarify the basic positioning of“synergy”and the construction concept of“integration”,lay a foundation,gather consensus,and try to understand and explore the“academy system”,a new model of the second classroom construction in colleg⁃es and universities in the new era,from three aspects of implementation principles,implementation path,and important value.
