摘　　要：在高校实验室安全管理中,实验室安全教育培训对于增加师生的安全知识、培养安全意识和提高安全技能具有重要意义,而利用信息化手段可以提高实验室安全教育培训水平,增强实验室安全管理能力。在新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化形势下,对高校实验室安全教育理论教学和实践教学的现状进行了调研,并从管理制度、培训内容和培训队伍等方面提出了实验室安全教育的实施保障。实践表明,学校实验室安全教育方式的探索和系统建设的成效显著,对高校实验室安全教育与培训提供一定的参考。For laboratory personnel,safety education is important to increase their experimental knowledge and improve their operating skill.And the use of laboratory safety education system can improve the laboratory safety management level in university.In the context of the normalization of COVID-19 prevention and control,the present situation of theoretical and practical laboratory safety education in domestic universities is investigated,and the implementing guarantee is proposed from the three aspects of control system,training course and teaching team.Taking Shanghai University as an example,the laboratory safety education methods and the result of laboratory education system development are introduced to provide some references to other universities.
