高校继续教育非学历培训管理平台设计探析

摘　　要：高校继续教育的学历补偿功能已经基本完成,正陆续转型向继续教育非学历培训发展。以高校继续教育非学历培训为研究背景,根据座谈和调查问卷的调研结果分析高校继续教育非学历培训信息化管理的现状和特点,归纳总结高校继续教育非学历培训的办学、管理流程,借鉴工作流的思想设计高校继续教育非学历培训的流程管理,围绕高校继续教育非学历培训的特点提出了高校继续教育非学历培训管理平台的设计策略,阐述了平台功能模块的设计思想。研究结果表明,高校继续教育非学历培训管理平台的建设规范了培训管理流程,推进了管理的精准化和决策的科学化。The academic compensation function of continuing education in universities has been basically completed,and it is gradually transforming to non-academic continuing education.Based on the research background of non-academic training in colleges of continuing education,this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of information management of non-academic training in universities according to the results of discussion and questionnaire,summarizes the running and management process of non-academic training in universities,designs the process management of non-academic training in universities with the idea of workflow,and puts forward the design strategy of the management platform of non-academic training in universities based on the characteristics of non-academic training in universities and describes the design idea of the platform function module.The research results show that the construction of the training management platform for non-academic continuing education in universities has standardized the training management process,and promoted the precision of management and scientific decision-making.
