摘　　要：为了积极推动国家西部大开发战略的实施,切实加强西部地区医疗卫生人才队伍建设,促进西部医疗卫生事业发展,本文以贵州医科大学成人继续教育学院为例,探讨了西部高校继续医学教育教学质量建设面临的主要问题:教学模式“普教化”倾向明显、学员“工学矛盾”突出和“混文凭”的消极心理,以及如何解决这些问题的对策,包括建立适合继续医学教育的教学模式、强化继续医学教育师资队伍的建设、完善继续医学教育的考评体系和注重继续医学教育学员的思想政治教育,以期为提高西部高校继续医学教育的教学质量提供借鉴。In order to actively promote the implementation of the national western development strategy,effectively strengthen the construction of medical and health personnel in the western region,and promote the development of medical and health undertakings in the western region,taking The College of Adult Continuing Education of Guizhou Medical University as an examqle,this paper discusses the main problems faced by the teaching quality construction of continuing medical education in western colleges and universities:the tendency of“universal education”in teaching mode,the prominent“contradiction between work and study”among students,and the negative psychology of“studying for the certificate of education but not knowledge”,and how to solve these problems,including establishing a teaching model suitable for continuing medical education,strengthening the construction of continuing medical education teachers,improving the evaluation system of continuing medical education and paying attention to the ideological and political education of continuing medical education students,in order to provide reference for improving the teaching quality of continuing medical education in western universities.
