摘　　要：企业数字化转型改变了对供应链管理人才的需求。分析了供应链数字化管理的主要优势和功能,建立了面向数字化转型的供应链管理人才的能力和技能需求体系;遵循问题导向原则,剖析了供应链管理实践教学存在的问题,从基础层、综合层、创新层三个层面重构了供应链管理实践教学内容体系;提出了供应链管理实践教学平台建设的建议。Digital transformation of enterprises has changed the demand for supply chain management talents.The main advantages and functions of supply chain digital management are analyzed,and the capability and skill requirement system for supply chain management talents facing digital transformation is established.Based on the problem-oriented principle,the problems existing in the practical teaching of supply chain management are analyzed;then,the practical teaching content system of supply chain management is reconstructed from three levels of basic layer,comprehensive layer and innovation layer.Finally,suggestions on the construction of practical teaching platform for supply chain management are put forward.
