新时代下中国特色现代学徒制发展路径研究

摘　　要：国家“十四五”规划中明确提出,要“加大人力资本投入,探索中国特色学徒制,大力培养技术技能人才”。中国特色现代学徒制是职业教育改革发展的突破口,其具有现代学徒制普适性和中国特色两个方面的特征。在借鉴西方学徒制发展经验的基础上,从我国现代学徒制的发展出发,探索中国特色,总结分析中国特色现代学徒制凸显的共性问题,并从顶层的制度保障、企业的“主人翁”意识、学徒的身份认同、标准体系的完善等方面提出对策和建议。The national“14th Five-Year Plan”clearly proposes to“increase investment in human capital,explore apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics and train professional skilled talents vigorously”.The modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics is the breakt hrough of vocational education reform and development,which has the characteristics of modern apprenticeship system universality and Chinese characteristics.In this paper,based on using the experience of western apprenticeship development,starting from the development of Chinese modern apprenticeship,explore with Chinese characteristics,to analyze the Chinese characteristic modern apprenticeship highlight the common problems,and from the top of institutional guarantee,enterprise consciousness of“hero”,apprentice identity,attaching importance to improve the standard system of the countermeasures and Suggestions.
