摘　　要：探讨大豆磷脂软胶囊是否对人体具有降血脂的作用。选择测试合格的成年受试者120例,试食组和对照组各60例,试食组每天服用大豆磷脂软胶囊2次,每次1粒,对照组服用安慰剂,连续服用60 d。试验结束后检测血清白蛋白(A1b)、总蛋白(TP),谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、血清总胆固醇(TC)水平及降低率、甘油三酯(TG)水平及降低率、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平及上升幅度、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平等指标判定是否有效。采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析,试食组自身比较及试食组与对照组组间比较,受试者血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著降低,表明受试样品可辅助降低人体血清胆固醇和甘油三酯。大豆磷脂软胶囊对人体具有降血脂的作用。The study was in order to investigate whether soybean phospholipid soft capsules could improve the status of blood lipids.A total of 120 qualified adult subjects were divided into the test group and the control group,and each group was 60 people.Soft soybean phospholipid capsules were given the test group twice a day,1 tablet each time,and the placeboes were given the control group for 60 days.After the experiment,the physical condition of the two groups such as spirit,sleep,diet,urine,heart rate,blood pressure,etc.,and the blood,urine and stool tests red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),white blood cell count(WBC),platelet(PLT),ten project of urine,stool routine examination,serum albumin(A1b),total protein(TP),aspertate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),urea(Urea),muscle(Cre),glucose(Glu),serum levels of total cholesterol(TC)and lower percentage,triglycerides(TG)levels and lower percentage,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level and rise,low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)level and other indicators were observed to determine whether it was effective.Using SPSS17.0 software for statistical analysis,self-comparison of the test group and comparison between the test group and the control group,the serum total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol of the subjects decreased significantly,indicating that the samples could assist in reducing the serum cholesterol and triglyceride of the human body.Soybean phospholipid soft capsules can reduce blood lipid in human body.
