摘  要:为研究龙眼蛋白对典型口腔细菌生长的影响,建立3 mg/mL龙眼蛋白对变异链球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、腐生葡萄球菌的生长曲线,利用分光光度法和结晶紫染色法分析3, 6和9 mg/mL龙眼蛋白对3种细菌生长和细菌生物膜形成的影响,用蒽酮-硫酸法定量分析不同浓度龙眼蛋白对3种细菌生物膜产胞外多糖的影响。在24 h内, 3 mg/mL龙眼蛋白显著促进变异链球菌和表皮葡萄球菌的生长,差异有统计学意义,对腐生葡萄球菌无显著影响。3, 6和9 mg/m L龙眼蛋白均能促进变异链球菌和表皮葡萄球菌的生长、生物膜形成和胞外多糖分泌,对腐生葡萄球菌无显著影响。3 mg/mL龙眼蛋白能显著促进变异链球菌和表皮葡萄球菌的生长、生物膜形成和胞外多糖分泌。In order to study the effect of longan protein on the growth of typical oral bacteria,the growth curves of 3 mg/mL longan protein on Streptococcus mutans,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus saprophyticus were established.The effects of 3,6 and 9 mg/mL longan protein on the growth of three kinds of bacteria and the formation of bacterial biofilm were analyzed by spectrophotometry and crystal violet staining.The effects of above concentrations of longan protein on the production of extracellular polysaccharide from three kinds of bacterial bioflm were quantitatively analyzed by anthrone-sulfuric acid method.Within 24 h,3 mg/mL longan protein significantly promoted the growth of Streptococcus mutans and Staphylococcus epidermidis,and the difference was statistically significant,but had no significant effect on Staphylococcus saprophyticus.The 3,6 and 9 mg/mL longan protein could promote the growth of Streptococcus mutans and Staphylococcus epidermidis,biofilm formation and extracellular polysaccharide secretion,but had no significant effect on Staphylococcus saprophyticus.The 3 mg/mL longan protein significantly promoted the growth,biofilm formation and exopolysaccharide secretion of Streptococcus mutans and Staphylococcus epidermidis.
