摘  要:实验室通过参加能力验证考核,不断提升实验室的食品样品检测能力。收集阿克苏地区疾病预防控制实验室2013—2021年参加食品能力验证的数据,进行汇总分析。实验室参加的食品能力验证考核共25次, 55个项目,且全部通过。涉及4类食品样品,其中微生物检测次数最多,共12次,占总检测次数的48.0%。在重金属含量测定中,考核较多的是镉、铅、总砷。食品考核样化学分析方法共获得22个数据。通过连续参加食品能力验证,实验室质量管理体系持续改进,确保检测数据准确可靠。Through participating in the capability verification,some technique problems can be found timely,and carry on the detection and computational to the self-detection level.The data of the Aksu Disease Prevention Control Laboratory participating in the food capacity verification from 2013 to 2021 were collected and analyzed.The food capacity test participated in by the laboratory involved 4 types of food samples,a total of 25 times,55 projects and all passed.Among them,the number of participations in microbiological testing were higher than that of other fields,a total of 12 times,accounting for 48.0%.In the determination of metal content,cadmium,lead,and total arsenic were tested more than other metal.A total of 22 data were obtained for chemical analysis methods of food testing samples.Through continuous participation in proficiency verification,the laboratory quality management system is continuously improved to ensure that the test data is reliably prepared.
