摘 要:高职院校完善行政管理队伍激励机制是新时代职业教育发展的要求,也是行政管理队伍自身发展的需要。学校建设实际中,基层行政管理队伍建设容易被忽视,在激励机制方面存在有效管理重视不够、绩效考核评价机制不健全、职业成长通道不畅、物质激励措施单一等问题,这与“双高计划”建设要求不符。高职院校应通过积极构建现代人事管理制度、健全完善绩效考核评价制度、拓宽职业发展通道、优化薪酬分配体系等途径构建科学有效的激励机制,促进内涵式高质量发展,持续推进“双高计划”顺利进行。To perfect the incentive mechanism of administrative staff in higher vocational institutes is the requirement of the development of both vocational education in the new era and administrative management team.During the practical construction,the construction of grass-roots administrative management team tends to be ignored.As for incentive mechanism,there are some problems such as insufficient attention to effective management,incomplete performance evaluation mechanism,blocked career development channel and simplified material incentive measure,which contradicts the requirement for“Double-high Plan”construction.As a result,higher vocational institutes should establish a scientific and effective incentive mechanism by actively constructing a modern personnel management system,perfecting performance evaluation system,widening career development channel and optimizing salary system,so as to promote connotation-based high-quality development and make sustained effort on the progress of“Double-high Plan”.
