摘  要:目的:探究低聚果糖对家兔离体小肠平滑肌自主性收缩的影响,分析低聚果糖对小肠运动的影响及其效应机制。方法:取家兔近胃幽门处小肠置于台氏液,将张力换能器连接到BL-420E系统,肠段上部与张力换能器相连,下部与L型通气钩连接,待肠管收缩稳定后,加入药品,观察并记录肠管运动变化。结果:低聚果糖在低浓度时可加强小肠紧张性收缩及节律性收缩,当浓度升高到一定程度时作用减小,当超过50 mg·mL-1后,表现为降低小肠紧张性收缩,存在加强小肠平滑肌收缩的最适剂量。结论:低聚果糖在低浓度下可以提高小肠平滑肌紧张性,中浓度无影响,在高浓度情况下可降低小肠平滑肌收缩强度。Objective:To investigate the effect of fructooligosaccharides on the spontaneous contraction of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle of rabbits,and analyze the effect of fructooligosaccharides on small intestinal movement and its mechanism.Method:In the experiment,the small intestine of rabbits was taken near the pylorus of the stomach and put into the Tyrode’s solution.The tension transducer was connected to the BL-420E system.The upper part of the intestine,and the tension transducer,and the lower part was connected to the L-shaped ventilation hook.After the intestinal contraction is stable,add drugs,observe and record the changes of intestinal movement.Result:Fructooligosaccharide can strengthen the tension contraction and rhythmic contraction of small intestine at low concentration.When the concentration rises to a certain extent,the effect decreases.When the concentration exceeds 50 mg·mL-1,the effect is to reduce the tension contraction of small intestine.There is an optimal dose to strengthen the contraction of small intestine smooth muscle.Conclusion:Fructooligosaccharides can increase the tension of small intestinal smooth muscle at low concentration,but have no effect at medium concentration,and can reduce the contraction intensity of small intestinal smooth muscle at high concentration.
