摘 要:目的:建立了顶空气相色谱质谱联用法测定食品接触材料及制品中环氧乙烷迁移量的方法。方法:采用水、10%乙醇(体积分数)、50%乙醇(体积分数)、95%乙醇(体积分数)以及橄榄油作为食品模拟物,样品经食品模拟物浸泡后,取10 mL食品模拟液,顶空平衡30 min,通过HP-VOC色谱柱(60 m×0.32 mm×1.80μm)分离,质谱采用选择离子模式检测,外标法定量。结果:环氧乙烷在0.01~0.20 mg·L^(-1)或0.01~0.20 mg·kg^(-1)呈良好线性,相关系数r^(2)大于0.99,平均回收率在83.3%~118.3%,RSD在2.5%~9.8%。结论:本方法准确、可靠、灵敏度高,检出限和精密度满足分析要求,适用于食品接触材料及制品中环氧乙烷迁移量。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of ethylene oxide migration in food contact materials and products by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Method:Water,10%ethanol(volume fraction),50%ethanol(volume fraction),95%ethanol(volume fraction)and olive oil were used as food simulants.After the samples were soaked in the food simulants,10 mL food simulants were taken and the headspace balance was carried out for 30 min.HP-VOC column(60 m×0.32 mm×1.80μm)was used for separation,mass spectrometry was used for selective ion mode detection,and external standard method was used for quantitative determination.Result:Ethylene oxide showed good linearity in 0.01~0.20 mg·L^(-1)or 0.01~0.20 mg·kg^(-1),the correlation coefficient r^(2) was greater than 0.99,the average recovery was 83.3%~118.3%,RSD were 2.5%~9.8%.Conclusion:The method is accurate,reliable,sensitive,the detection limit and precision meet the analytical requirements,and is suitable for the migration of ethylene oxide in food contact materials and products.
