摘  要:学生发言是课堂组织的重要环节,教师据以自评课堂质量。但是发言需要时间,相对于大量发言主体而言,课堂上时间资源的稀缺性会导致学生为争取发言机会而出现激烈竞争,课堂上的学生因而会出现多种样态,学生也会因为竞争发言机会而在博弈过程中存在严重的内卷问题。教师需要根据学生状态将学生进行归类分级,针对学生所处的分区对症施策,通过“口头发言+书面表述”相结合的方式拓宽发言通道,激励学生在课堂上进行高质量的表达和贡献智慧。教师在课堂上起主导作用,需要通过创新性的课堂组织方式为学生创造发言空间,通过讲课留白等方式为学生创造发言悬念,扩大发言主体规模,形成“守望相助+相互制约”的互利共赢的课堂。Student speaking is an important part of class organization and is also the basis for teachers'self-evaluation on classroom instruction quality.But considering the big number of potential speakers,the time resource in class is scarce and the students will fight for the opportunities to speak by various means.Hence the involution in the game.Teachers need to classify the students in terms of their status and take different measures to broaden the speaking channel such as oral presentation and written work,motivating students to express their high-quality opinions and contribute their wisdom.Playing a leading role in the class,teachers need to construct the speech space for the students through innovative classroom organization,set up suspense through gestalt-like instruction,and increase the number of speakers to build up a win-win class of mutual help and constraint.
