摘 要:墨西哥天才儿童教育基本上形成了一套完整的精英教育培养模式。梳理文献发现,墨西哥将天才儿童教育归属于特殊教育体系,在秉承教育公平的理念下,经过多年的发展,墨西哥天才儿童教育形成了政府主导,学校、地方机构等多元主体共同参与,多维度选拔与多样性培养模式构建,良好的师资保障体系等特色。对天才儿童的早期识别和有效培养是提升国家科技创新人才储备,推动社会经济发展的战略举措。The education of gifted children in Mexico has basically formed a complete set of elite education training mode.After reviewing the literature,it is found that the education of gifted children in Mexico belongs to the special education system.In accordance with the concept of educational equity,the education of gifted children in Mexico has formed the characteristics of government-led,multi-subject participation such as schools and local institutions,multi-dimensional selection and diverse training mode construction,with good teacher guarantee system after years of development.Early identification and effective training of gifted children is a strategic measure to enhance the national scientific and technological innovation talent reserve and promote social and economic development.
