摘　　要：“双高计划”背景下,需要高职院校加强高水平结构化师资队伍建设。目前高职院校普遍存在教师职称评定制度不完善,师德师风建设尚须加强,师资队伍进入渠道略显单一,结构化师资内生状态失调,校企命运共同体未有效建立,“双师型”教师能力未有效提升,教师能力培养体系尚未成型,师资队伍建设国际化水平不高等问题,应完善教师职称评定制度,加强结构化师资师德师风建设,优化结构化师资人才引进渠道,调优师资队伍内部结构,打造校企命运共同体,提升“双师型”教师能力,建构结构化师资队伍建设理论体系,发展职业教育师范教育,提升师资队伍建设国际化水平等措施进行改进。In the context of the“Double-high Plan”,it is necessary for vocational colleges to strengthen the construction of high-level structured teaching staff.At present,there are generally problems in vocational colleges,such as incomplete professional title evaluation system,the construction of teacher ethics and style,which need to be strengthened,slightly single entry channels for the teaching staff,imbalanced internal state of structured teachers,ineffective establishment of a community with a shared future for schools and enterprises,ineffective improvement of“dual-qualified”teacher abilities,immature teacher ability training system,and low internationalization level of teacher team construction.Therefore,colleges should improve the teacher title evaluation system,strengthen the construction of structured teacher ethics,optimize the channels for introducing structured teacher talents,adjust the internal structure of the teaching staff,create a community with a shared future for schools and enterprises,enhance the ability of“dual-qualified”teachers,construct a theoretical system for the construction of structured teacher teams,develop vocational education and normal education,and promote the internationalization level of teacher team construction as well.
