摘 要:我国相关政策法规强调,应通过鼓励幼儿尝试劳动、尝试自理、尝试自立的方式来促进幼儿的健康发展。已有研究文献表明,目前大部分幼儿的劳动意识和劳动能力较弱。游戏是幼儿园实施劳动教育的重要途径,通过分析游戏可以助力幼儿劳动教育的开展。为有效提升游戏对幼儿劳动教育的促进作用,幼儿园应该科学投放区域游戏材料,在角色游戏中发展劳动能力,借助种植游戏活动发挥劳动教育的意义,将劳动游戏与实际劳动相结合,开展家园合作共同促幼儿劳动发展。China’s relevant policies and regulations emphasize that in the process of promoting the healthy development of children,children should be encouraged to try to work,try to take care of themselves,try to be independent.Literature has shown that children’s labor consciousness and ability are weak in practical education.Games are an important way to implement labor education in kindergartens.Through analyzing the role of games in promoting labor education for children,the following suggestions are put forward:scientific delivery of regional game materials;developing labor skills in role play;Giving a full play to the significance of labor education with the help of planting games;Combining labor games with actual labor;Carring out home cooperation to promote the development of children’s labor.
