摘 要:知识建构社区作为便利化的在线学习场域,极大地拓展了师生情绪交互的渠道,但是,教师共情预测能力一直令人堪忧。构建知识建构社区共情模型与评价方法有助于帮助教师及时监测师生、生生共情活动,为学生提供良好的在线学习体验。在深度分析共情模型流变与情绪交互机制基础上,融合“感知-情感-认知”构建了知识建构社区共情模型,设计感知度、认知量和情感值的计算方法,基于决策融合机制实现师生共情强度评价方法。利用应用案例验证了模型与方法的合理性,研究发现:生生共情存在潜在类别群体,师生共情变化总体共振、局部偏振,共情具有延续性与沉淀性等特点。Knowledge Building Community(KBC),a convenient online learning field,has greatly expanded the channels of emotional interaction between teachers and students,while teachers,empathy prediction ability has always been worrying.Constructing the knowledge construction community empathy model and evaluation method can help teachers timely monitor the empathy activities between teachers-students and students-students to provide students with a good online learning experience.Based on the in-depth analysis of the evolution of the empathy model and the interaction mechanism in KBC,this study constructs the empathy model from the perspective of perception,cognition,and sentiment.Then,we design the calculation methods of perception value,sentiment value,and cognitive quantity,and implement the evaluation method of teacher-student empathy intensity based on the decision fusion mechanism.In addition,the rationality of the proposed model and method is verified by an application case.The results also show that there are potential categories of students'empathy,the overall resonance and local polarization of empathy between teachers and students,and the continuity and precipitation of empathy.
