摘　　要：面向制药行业对注射剂热原安全性检测要求,教学与科研相结合,设计注射剂热原检测综合实验项目。该实验设计层次分明,逻辑清晰且具备探索空间,依托实验教学和科研平台资源,匹配指导教师队伍,制定个性化考核方案,激活学生的科学探索精神和实践创新能力,提高中药制药化学实验课程教学质量,构建中药制药专业高质量教学体系。To meet the requirements of pharmaceutical industry for the safety detection of injection pyrogen,teaching and research are combined to design a comprehensive experimental project for injection pyrogen detection.The experiment is designed in a clear and logical way with space for exploration.Based on the experimental teaching and scientific research platform resources,the design optimizes the faculty allocation,formulates the personalized assessment plan to activate students'scientific exploration spirit and practical innovation ability,and in return improve the overall teaching quality of traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical chemistry experiment,building a high-quality education system for Chinese medicine and pharmaceuticals.
