摘  要:在OBE理念指导下,课程组明确现代分子生物学课程目标,优化教学内容,采用混合式教学方法,细化教学流程,拓展教学资源,合理设计基础理论、进阶理论和方法技术等教学模块,注重学生课前、课中和课后教学过程和考核方式,实时测评学生线上、线下的学习效果以及教学目标完成进度,实现充分调动学生学习积极性和主动性、提升教学质量、培养生物技术专业高素质应用型人才的目标。Under the guidance of the OBE concept,the course team has clarified the course objectives,optimized the teaching content,adopted blended teaching methods,refined teaching process and expanded teaching resources.We have also reasonably designed teaching modules such as basic theory,advanced theory,and method technology,and innovated assessment methods for pre class,in class,and post class teaching processes.We have done real time evaluation of students'online and offline learning effectiveness and progress in achieving teaching objectives.As a result,students'learning enthusiasm and initiative have been fully mobilized,teaching quality has been improved and high-quality applied talents in biotechnology have been cultivated.
