摘  要:课程思政是高职院校为国家和社会培养德才兼备人才的必然要求,针对工业机器人技术专业人才培养中课程思政教学设计比较单一,针对性和时效性不强等现象,在充分分析工业机器人专业特点和相关技能大赛内容的基础上,顶层构建课程思政融入框架体系,提出了五步走的思政元素融入路线。经过实施,将思政元素融入人才培养的目标与规格、育人模式和课程体系设计、课程内容设计、教学实施设计、教学实施保障设计、学习评价设计与质量管理,形成了可复制、可借鉴的人才培养方案,效果良好。Curriculum ideological and political education is an inevitable requirement for vocational colleges to cultivate talents with both moral and talent for the country and society.As for the training of talents in Industrial Robot Technology,the design of ideological and political education courses is relati vely single,and the pertinence and timeliness are not strong.Aiming at this phenomenon,on the basis of a thorough analysis of the characteristics of Industrial Robot Technology specialty and the content of related s kill competitions,this article cons tructs a top-level framework system for integrating profes sional ideological and political elements,and proposes a five steps integration route.After implementation,ideological and political elements have been integrated into the goals and specifications of talent training,education model and curriculum system design,curriculum content design,teaching implementation design,teaching implementation guarantee design,learning evaluation design and quality management,forming a replicable and referable talent t raining program with good effect.
