“有机化学”课程教学中学生职业素养培育实施途径探索

摘　　要：新职业教育法指出,职业教育是为了培养高素质技术技能人才,使受教育者具备从事某种职业或者实现职业发展所需要的职业道德、科学文化与专业知识、技术技能等职业综合素质和行动能力而实施的教育。因此,将职业素养培育贯穿于人才培养体系中,将价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养三者融为一体,显得尤为重要。基于此,探讨了高职化工类专业基础课“有机化学”教学中职业素养培育的实施途径,旨在将课程中的职业素养元素与专业人才培养目标、思想政治教育有机结合在一起,引导学生树立理想信念,全面培育学生的综合职业素养,培养服务社会、行业的合格应用型技术人才。The new vocational education law points out that vocational education is implemented to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled personnel,so that the educated have the professional ethics,scientific culture,professional knowledge,technical skills,and other comprehensive professional qualities and action abilities needed to engage in a certain profession or achieve career development.Therefore,it is particularly important to integrate professional literacy cultivation into the talent cultivation system and integrate value shaping,knowledge transfer and ability cultivation.Based on this,the implementation methods of professional literacy cultivation in the teaching of the basic“Organic Chemistry”course for chemical engineering majors in higher vocational colleges are discussed.The purpose is to organically combine the professional literacy elements in the curriculum with professional talent cultivation goals and ideological and political education,guide students to establish ideals and beliefs,comprehensively cultivate students’comprehensive professional literacy,and cultivate qualified applied technical talents serving the society and industry.
