摘 要:目的分析教学医院双师型护理教师工作投入现状及其影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法对国内5所三级甲等教学医院213名双师型护理教师进行问卷调查,包括一般情况问卷、工作投入量表(简化版)、心理资本问卷和组织支持感量表,采用多元线性回归法分析工作投入的影响因素。结果教学医院双师型护理教师工作投入量表总分为(36.50±7.86)分,心理资本问卷总分为(54.96±8.65)分,组织支持感量表总分为(45.26±8.43)分。工作投入量表总分与心理资本问卷、组织支持感量表总分及其各维度得分呈正相关关系。回归分析显示,学历、近一年参加教学培训次数、自我效能、情感支持是影响双师型护理教师工作投入的主要因素,解释总变异的33.1%。结论教学医院双师型护理教师工作投入处于中等水平,医院管理者应关注双师型护理教师,尤其是学历较低教师的工作投入情况,采取有效措施提高教师心理资本和组织支持水平,进而提高其工作投入水平。Objective This study analyzes the work engagement status and influencing factors of double-qualified nursing teacher in teaching hospitals.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 213 double-qualified nursing teacher from five domestic 3A Grade teaching hospitals,including a general information questionnaire,Work Engagement Scale(simplified version),Psychological Capital Questionnaire,and Organizational Support Scale.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of work engagement.Results The total score of the Work Engagement Scale for double-qualified nursing teacher in teaching hospitals was(36.50±7.86),the total score of the psychological capital questionnaire was(54.96±8.65),and the total score of the Organizational Support Scale was(45.26±8.43).The total score of the Work Engagement Scale was positively correlated with the total score of the Psychological Capital Questionnaire,the total score of the Organizational Support Scale,and their sub-dimensions.Regression analysis showed that education,the number of teaching training courses attended in the past year,self-efficacy,and emotional support were the main factors influencing the work engagement of double-qualified nursing teacher,explaining 33.1%of the total variance.Conclusion The work engagement level of double-qualified nursing teacher in teaching hospital is at a moderate level.Hospital administrators should pay attention to the work engagement of double-qualified nursing teacher,especially those with lower education levels,and take effective measures to improve their psychological capital and organizational support levels,thereby enhancing their work engagement level.
