摘　　要：为服务区域经济发展和《中国制造2025》强国战略,培养高技术技能型人才,本文从工业机器人高技能人才培训基地建设的必要性、建设内容等方面对重庆科创职业学院的实训基地建设情况进行了研究与分析:将工业机器人安装、调试、编程、维修等工作环节与实训基地建设相融合,以打造具有较高水平的工业机器人技术高技能人才培训基地,促进具有较强操作能力的技术技能型人才培养。In order to serve regional economic development and“Made in China 2025”power strategy,and train high-skilled tale nts,the ne cessity and cont ent of the construction of the training base for high-skilled industrial robot tale nts are studied and analyzed in this paper.Integrating the installation,debugging,programming and maintenance of industrial robots with the constructi on of a training base,the high-level training base for high-skilled pers onnQ in in dustrial robot tech no logy is con structed to promote the training of skilled pers on nel with strong operati on ability.
