基于员工满意度调查的企业留人机制管理对策——以三岳化工有限公司为例

摘  要:针对化工企业员工流失严重现象,从人才发展机制的作用效果出发,通过对离职员工和在职员工进行满意度调查与分析找出企业内部管理中存在的根本性问题,并通过对主管领导进行访谈得到合理化建议。化工企业要完善薪酬制度、制定合理公平的绩效考核制度、完善员工职业发展与晋升渠道、全方位加强员工激励.提高领导者管理水平,满足员工多样化需求,以达到提升员工满意度的目的。In response to the serious phenomenon of employee turnover in chemical enterprises,starting from the effectiveness of the talent development mechanism,the fundamental problems in internal management of the enterprise are identified through sa tisfaction surveys and analysis of resigned and in-service employees,and reasonable suggestions are obtained through interviews with supervisory leaders.Chemical enterprises need to improve their salary system,establish a reasona ble and fair performance evaluation system,improve employee career development and promotion channels,com prehensively strengthen employee motivation,improve leader management level,meet the diverse needs of employees,and a chieve the goal of improving em ployee satisfaction.
