摘  要:采用超声辅助低共熔溶剂法对沙棘果渣多酚进行提取工艺研究,并探究其抗运动疲劳的作用。在单因素试验基础上,对工艺进一步优化,结果表明沙棘果渣多酚最佳提取工艺条件为:氯化胆碱-乳酸摩尔比1∶2、氯化胆碱-乳酸含水量30%、超声提取温度48℃、超声提取时间37 min、料液比1∶30 g/mL,在此条件下沙棘果渣多酚提取量为(73.68±0.13)mg/g。采用小鼠负重游泳模型并测定相关生化指标(BLA、LDH、BUN)及糖原含量(肝糖原、肌糖原)来探究沙棘果渣多酚的抗疲劳作用。结果表明沙棘果渣多酚显著提高小鼠负重游泳时间,其可以调节疲劳小鼠的BLA、LDH、BUN指标及其糖原(肝糖原、肌糖原)储备来抵御和缓解疲劳。所以,沙棘果渣多酚可以作为一种有效缓解运动后疲劳的食品功能性成分。The extraction of polyphenols from sea-buckthorn pomace by ultrasonic-assisted deep eutectic solvents method was studied,and its anti-fatigue effect was investigated.On the basis of single factor experiments,the process was further optimized,and the results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of polyphenols from sea-buckthorn pomace were as follows:the molar ratio of choline chloride-lactic acid 1:2,the water content of choline chloride-lactic acid 30%,the ultrasonic extraction temperature 48℃,the ultrasonic extraction time 37 min,and the ratio of material to liquid 1:30 g/mL.Under these conditions,the extraction amount of polyphenols from sea-buckthorn pomace was(73.68±0.13)mg/g.The anti-fatigue effect of polyphenols from sea-buckthorn pomace was studied by mice weight bearing swimming model and the determination of related biochemical indicators(BLA,LDH,BUN)and glycogen content(liver glycogen,muscle glycogen).The results showed that polyphenols from sea-buckthorn pomace significantly increased the weight bearing swimming time of mice,and it could regulate the indexes of BLA,LDH,BUN and glycogen(liver glycogen,muscle glycogen)reservation of fatigue mice to resist and alleviate fatigue.Therefore,the polyphenols from Sea-buckthorn pomace could be used as a functional ingredient in food to effectively relieve fatigue after exercise.
