摘　　要：在产教融合大背景下,目前国内产业学院建设已取得了一定的成果,形成了一系列成功模式,但也存在着若干问题。文章阐述了现代产业学院的内涵与模式,梳理了运行过程中存在的主要问题,并以海沧智能制造产业学院的创建及探索为例,研究破解困境的路径与思路,以期为高职院校建设产业学院提供案例参考。Under the background of integration of industry and education,the construction of domestic industrial colleges has made certain achievements and formed a series of successful models,but there are also some problems.This paper expounds the connotation and mode of modern industrial college,sorts out the main problems existing in the operation and takes the establishment and exploration of Haicang Intelligent Manufacturing Industry College as an example to study the path and ideas to solve the dilemma,in order to provide acase reference for the construction of industrial college in higher vocational colleges.
