高职院校特色校园文化内涵建设与体系构建探究

摘　　要：针对以往高职特色校园文化内涵式建设研究浅表化,实践操作层面系统性、指导性不强,结合已有研究成果,以全国职业院校“一校一品”校园文化典型案例为支撑,从高职院校特色校园文化应涵盖的三大元素,以及四大校园文化育人体系,构建高职特色校园文化,从理论层面和实践操作层面为高职特色品牌化校园文化建设提供借鉴与指导。Campus culture is of great significance in shaping the spiritual world of teachers and students,enhancing the visibility and core competitiveness of the college,as well as enabling the high-quality development of the college.This paper aims at the problems that the previous research on the connotation construction of campus culture with higher vocational characteristics is superficial,the practical operation level is systematic and the guidance is weak.Based on previous research as well as the typical cases of"ONE COLLGE,ONE CLUTURE BRAND"campus culture of national vocational colleges,this paper discusses the three elements and four campus culture education systems that should be included by the characteristic campus culture of vocational colleges.This paper constructs the characteristic campus culture of higher vocational colleges and provides reference and guidance for the construction of the characteristic brand campus culture of higher vocational colleges from the theoretical level and practical level.
