摘  要:目的探讨在西藏自治区人民医院(简称该院)麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中,引入提高医疗质量和患者安全的团队策略与工具(team strategies and tools to enhance performance and patient safety,TeamSTEPPS)团队培训课程前后的应用效果。方法选取该院麻醉科住院医师、外科住院医师与手术室护士共40名,借助全科医生超级模拟人,以跨专业团队形式实施围术期危重病例模拟培训。团队住院医师于课程前后分别填写TeamSTEPPS团队合作认知调查问卷和TeamSTEPPS团队合作态度调查问卷,以此课程反馈作为依据,对模拟课程的教学效果进行评估。结果从2020年11月至2021年5月共培训40名住院医师,每名住院医师接受3次模拟病例的团队培训,所有住院医师对TeamSTEPPS课程总体均表示满意,借助临床情境模拟学习体验,有效强化了理论知识的实践应用和团队合作的能力。结论西藏自治区麻醉教学中引入TeamSTEPPS团队教学课程,显著增强了麻醉科住院医师、外科住院医师与手术室护士在手术中遇到危重病例时的团队协作和沟通能力,为提高麻醉手术团队的临床工作能力提供有力帮助,更好地保障了患者的安全。Objective To explore the application effect of Team Strategies and Tools to Enhance Performance and Patient Safety(TeamSTEPPS)before and after the introduction of TeamSTEPPS in anesthesiology teaching in the People's Hospital of Tibet Autonomous Region.Methods Forty anesthesiologists,surgical residents and operating room nurses were selected with the help of"General Practitioners"system,and perioperative critical case simulation training was implemented in the form of interdisciplinary team.Finally,based on the feedback of TeamSTEPPS Teamwork Perception Questionnaire and TeamSTEPPS Teamwork Attitudes Questionnaire scales flled by the team trainees before and after the course,the teaching effect of the simulation course was evaluated.Results From November 2020 to May 2021,a total of 40 trainees were trained,and each trainee received three team training of simulated cases.All trainees were satisfied with the TeamSTEPPS course.With the help of clinical situation simulation learning experience,it effectively strengthened the practical application of theoretical knowledge and the ability of team cooperation.Conclusion The introduction of TeamSTEPPS team teaching course in anesthesia teaching in Tibet can significantly enhance the team cooperation and communication ability of anesthesiologists,surgical residents and operating room nurses in our hospital when they encounter critical cases during operation.It provides powerful help to improve the clinical work ability of anesthesia operation team and better ensures the safety of patients.
