摘 要:中国农业科学院附属小学教育集团在创建之初,教师队伍建设面临诸多困境。集团积极探索骨干教师队伍建设有效路径,如制定轮岗制度、实施“双培养”计划、开创教研新模式、开展“教育帮扶”、研发线上教学模式等。各项举措充分激活了教师队伍的教研积极性,发挥了骨干教师的示范引领作用,在增加骨干教师数量的同时提升了骨干教师的素质,并扩大了影响力。At the beginning of the establishment,the core teachers team of the Chinese Academy of Agriculture Sciences Elementary School Group faced many difficulties.The group has actively explored effective ways to build the team of core teachers,such as formulating a rotation system,implementing a"dual training plan",creating new teaching and research models,carrying out"educational assistance",and developing online teaching models.Various measures have fully activated the teaching and research enthusiasm of the teaching team,played a leading role in the demonstration of key teachers,increased the number of key teachers,improved the quality of key teachers,and expanded their influence.
