摘  要:外周血细胞形态学是保证血常规分析结果准确性的重要手段,也是血液病筛查、辅助诊断的经典方法,一直是检验医学科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)及考核的重点和难点。中国医学科学院北京协和医学院肿瘤医院(简称我院)检验医学科专业基地以《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准(2022年版)——检验医学科培训细则》及《北京地区住院医师规范化培训标准——医学检验科培训细则》为指导,在培训中应用多元化的教学方法,实施递进式的教学流程并结合多种考核形式,逐步建立起将翻转课堂、案例教学、实操演练与临床实战相结合的外周血细胞形态学教学模式。在北京市住培一阶段结业技能考核中,我院检验医学科住院医师通过率为100%,为培养具有岗位胜任力的血细胞形态学检验人才提供了显著教学支撑作用。Peripheral blood cell morphology is an important way to guarantee the accuracy of complete blood count test,and also a classical method to screen and assist diagnosis of hematological diseases.Guided by the standardized residency training rules for laboratory medicine,this training base implemented diversified teaching methods and progressive teaching processes,and combined various assessment forms to establish the teaching model of peripheral blood cell morphology,which combined flipped classroom,case study,practical exercises and clinical practice.Eventually,the hospital achieved a 100%pass rate for the first-stage standardized residency training skills assessment of laboratory medincine in Beijing.This teaching model provides a significant support for the training of qualified personnel of hematology morphology examination.
