摘 要:教学查房是超声医学科住院医师规范化培训的重要组成部分,是培养住院医师临床思维和实践的关键内容,同时也是体现一个专业基地整体教学水平的窗口。宁波市第二医院超声医学科专业基地在参照其他相近专业基地教学查房的规范并结合自身多年的实践经验,总结出相对规范的、有超声医学科专业特色的教学查房模式,从教学查房的准备、过程、结尾和注意事项都作了明确的规定和要求,得到该专业基地指导医师和住院医师的一致认可,从而也为其他超声医学科专业基地教学查房的规范开展提供参考。Teaching rounds are an important part of the standardized training of residents in the ultrasonic medicine department.It is a key content for cultivating clinical thinking and practice of residents,and it is also a window to reflect the overall teaching level of a professional base.Based on the norms of teaching rounds in other similar professional bases and combined with years of our own practical experience,ultrasound department in Ningbo No.2 Hoshital summed up a relatively standardized teaching rounds model with the professional characteristics of ultrasound medicine.It was clearly stipulated and required from the preparation,process,completion and the precautions of teaching rounds.Our model has been unanimously approved by the teaching teachers and residents of the base,which also provides reference for the standardized development of rounds in the residential training base of other ultrasound medicine majors.
