摘  要:师范生教学技能掌握程度直接影响我国师资力量与教育事业发展。将陶行知师范教育思想融入高校师范生教学技能培养工作,可以有效推动师范教育课程体系建设,优化师范生知识结构与教学能力培养。而部分高校在师范教育的课程安排、教学模式、师德教育以及对师范生在线教学技能的培养等方面与陶行知师范教育思想存在一定出入。对此,高校应充分明确陶行知师范教育内涵,优化师范教育专业课程安排与教学模式,重视师德教育,推动高校师范生教学技能的提升。The mastery of teaching skills of normal college students can directly affect the development of teachers'strength and education in China.The integration of Tao Xingzhi's normal education thoughts into the training of teaching skills of normal college students can effectively promote the construction of normal education curriculum system and optimize the knowledge structure and teaching ability of normal college students.However,some colleges and universities have some differences with Tao Xingzhi's teacher education ideas in the curriculum arrangement,teaching mode,teacher ethics education and the training of online teaching skills for normal students.Therefore colleges and universities should fully clarify the connotation of Tao Xingzhi's normal education,optimize the curriculum arrangement and teaching mode of normal education,attach importance to teacher ethics education,and promote the improvement of teaching skills of students majoring in normal education in colleges and universities.
