摘  要:近端退缩状态理论区分了离职的远端前因和近端前因,将离职倾向视为离职行为的近端前因,并将离职倾向的研究范畴转移至离职前端空间,通过扩展离职端最近的前因变量来增强对该离职行为的理解和预测,从而提出“近端退缩状态”的新观点,并由此推断出两维度、四种类型的“近端退缩状态”。文章结合国内离职行为研究现状,基于对近端退缩状态理论模型和四种状态类型的分析,试图厘清离职倾向和离职行为的研究边界,探讨二者之间的过程机理。The theory of near withdrawal state distinguishes the remote antecedents and near antecedents of turnover,regards turnover intention as the near antecedents of turnover behavior,transfers the research category of turnover intention to the front end space of turnover,and enhances the understanding and prediction of this turnover behavior by expanding the recent antecedent variables of the turnover end,thus putting forward a new view of“near withdrawal state”,and infers two dimensions and four types of“near withdrawal state”.Based on the analysis of the theoretical model of near withdrawal state and the four types of state,this paper tries to clarify the research boundary of turnover intention and turnover behavior and explore the process mechanism between them.
