摘  要:近些年,茶叶虚假标注生产日期的行为受到了广泛讨论与关注,且存在较大的安全隐患。本文旨在探讨茶叶领域的监管与行政处罚,从白茶标签虚假标注生产日期的行为分类入手,分析探讨此类案件的定性、处罚依据以及免责条件,并提出完善茶叶领域的监管建议与对策,包括严格把控生产环节、加强流通环节人员培训、强化社会共治等,以期为茶叶领域日常监管与执法工作提供思路与借鉴,切实保障食品安全。The behavior of labeling tea with a false production date has generated a lot of discussion and concern in recent years.There exists significant safety risk associated with this practice.This paper aims to explore the supervision and administrative penalties in the tea industry.Starting with multiple reports of false production dates on white tea labels,this paer analyzes the characterization,punishment basis,and exemption conditions of such cases,and proposes suggestions and countermeasures to improve the supervision of the tea industry,including strictly controlling the production process,enhancing the training of circulation personnel,and strengthening social governance.This paper aims to offer suggestions and resources for the regular monitoring and enforcement of tea,represented by white tea,in order to effectively ensure food safety.
