摘 要:为了探究后发企业组织惯例的形成机理及其演进规律,追踪动态情境下企业突破惯例路径依赖构建差异化组织惯例的微观基础,架构一个基于资源能力视角下组织惯例生成与演化的理论框架。依据这一研究框架,对飞鹤集团进行纵向案例研究。研究发现:(1)组织惯例的生成是组织学习形成共同认知,并在执行异动实践修正下反复交互直至稳定的过程;(2)资源能力作为企业依据环境变动并通过资源管理过程将情境信息内化的重要手段,是驱动组织学习与执行异动交互突破惯例路径依赖构建差异化组织惯例的关键;(3)组织惯例在外部环境刺激与企业竞争优势的动态反馈下呈现“操作惯例—搜寻惯例—柔性惯例”的演化轨迹。The advent of the digital economy era has led to a significant impact on the traditional business of enterprises,but the continuous change of new technologies and processes provides new opportunities for enterprises to update organizational routines to support the development of innovation activities.As the external environment of the organization becomes more and more complex,many enterprises gradually realize that organizational routines will not only help enterprises determine the basic process of completing tasks,standardize organizational actions and achieve organizational goals,but also limit the enterprise to a continuous rigid situation.Therefore,how to update the organizational routines of latecomer enterprises to build sustainable competitive advantage,which has become a strategic issue that many scholars and entrepreneurs pay special attention to under the background of digital economy.Focusing on related topics of organizational routines,scholars based on the perspectives of organizational learning,organizational action and the two-aspect view of routines.Their main point of view is that the evolution of organizational routines represents the results of organizational learning and is affected by the organizational actions of participants.The research above has formed many results that are worthy of long-term research,but there are still two shortcomings:First,in terms of explaining the process mechanism of the formation and evolution of organizational routines,previous studies affirmed that organizational routines reflect a paradoxical situation with the coexistence of both stability and change.However,it does not analyze in detail how enterprises can use their capabilities and organizational actions to reconstruct organizational routines under the influence of the external environment,so as to form differentiated competitive advantages;Second,although scholars have realized that organizational learning affects the evolution of organizational routines by changing the subjective cognitive rules of part
