摘  要:目的:建立一种标准化的膳食评价服务数据模型,促进居民膳食多样性。方法:以《中国居民膳食指南(2022)》为依据,充分参考国内外膳食评价方法,确定该模型的评价指标、分值设置和取值标准。结果:该模型的评价体系共14个评价指标。初步应用该模型评价成年女性的一日三餐的结果显示,单一食物的得分往往不高,但是随着食物组搭配种类逐渐丰富,分数提高,将食物搭配起来组成的早餐午餐晚餐的得分相对较高,表明本模型评估结果准确性较高。Objective:To meet the requirements of food diversity,this study aims to establish a service data model.Methods:Based on Chinese Dietary Guidelines,this study fully refers to the existing dietary indicator evaluation methods,and determines the evaluation indicator,score setting and range of values for the model.Results:The model indicator system has a total of 14 evaluation indicators.The preliminary application of this model to evaluate the three meals a day of adult women shows that the scores of single food tend to be low,but with the gradual enrichment of food groups,the scores of food groups increase.The scores of breakfast-lunch-dinner which consist of food groups together are relatively high,indicating that the accuracy of this model is high.
