摘　　要：教育是国之大计,教师是立教之本,建设高素质教师队伍是完善我国教育体系的重要举措。要想保持教师队伍的先进性、思想的纯洁性就要推进师德师风建设体系。文章从阐述师德师风建设的重要战略地位入手,简述师德师风为何是评价教师队伍的第一标准,并对推进当前师德师风建设中存在的问题提出应对策略,以保证师德师风建设中教师思想建设、监督、激励与处罚制度标准化。Education is a national plan,teachers are the foundation of education,and building high-quality teachers is an important measure to improve national education system.In order to maintain the progressiveness of the teaching staff and the purity of thought,we must promote the construction system of teachers’ethics and style.The article expounds the important strategic position of the construction of teachers’ethics and style,briefl y explains why teachers’ethics and style are the fi rst standard for evaluating teachers,and puts forward countermeasures to the existing problems in promoting the construction of teachers’ethics and style,so as to ensure the standardization of teachers’ideological construction,supervision,incentive and punishment systems in the construction of teachers’ethics and style.
