摘  要:校企双主体协同育人是新时期我国职业教育深化产教融合、校企深度合作的重要方向,也是职业教育实现高质量发展的重要举措。基于校企双主体协同,深化职业教育“三教”改革,破解“三教”改革中纵深不足、落实不力等问题,以校企双主体协同与“三教”改革的逻辑关系、内在机理为切入点,提出转变职教办学理念,树立社会化育人理念;改革人才培养模式,创建“岗课赛证”相融合的综合育人机制;完善师资引育制度,构建校企双主体教师培养机制;创新教材建设模式,建立校企共同开发的教材编写与更新机制;围绕校企双主体育人,构建现代化教学方法等实践路向。The collaborative education of school-enterprise dual subject is an important direction for China s vocational education to deepen production-education integration and the in-depth school-enterprise cooperation in the new era,and it is also an important measure to achieve high-quality development of vocational education.Based on the synergy of school-enterprise dual subject,it is necessary to deepen the reform of“Three Teachings”in vocational education,solve the problems of insufficient depth and ineffective implementation in the reform of“Three Teachings”.This paper takes the synergy of school-enterprise dual subject,and the logical relationship and internal mechanism of the reform of“Three Teachings”as the starting points,and proposes the idea of changing the concept of running a vocational education school to shape the concept of socialized education;reforms the talent training model to create a comprehensive education mechanism that integrates“post class competition certificate”;improves the teacher introduction system to build a teacher training mechanism of school-enterprise dual subject;innovates the model of teaching material construction to establish a teaching material writing and updating mechanism jointly developed by schools and enterprises;educates people around school-enterprise dual subject to construct the modern teaching method and other practical directions.
