家园合作中的异化现象与消解

摘　　要：家园合作是幼儿园教育工作的重要组成部分,家园合作形成教育合力可以保障幼儿获得经验的一致性和连续性,从而促进儿童发展。基于此,从异化的角度分析家园合作中存在的问题,即家园合作关系异化、内容异化和形式异化,并将这些问题归因于幼儿园教师人际互动类特征胜任力不足、幼儿园家园互动制度的制定与执行不到位、教师污名化导致家师信任危机,以及家师对家长参与的认识存在偏差。最后,提出加强沟通,化解信任危机;加强监督,落实家园合作制度;开展教师培训,提升教师胜任力;加强家长教育,促进家长主动参与家园合作,以消解家园合作的异化现象。Home-kindergarten cooperation is an important part of kindergarten education,and the formation of educational synergy though Home-kindergarten cooperation can ensure the consistency and continuity of children's experience,thereby promoting children's development.Based on this,the problems in Home-kindergarten cooperation are analyzed from the perspective of alienation,namely alienation,content alienation and form alienation of Home-kindergarten cooperation relationship,and these problems are attributed to the insufficient competence of kindergarten teachers'interpersonal interaction characteristics,the formulation and implementation of the Home-kindergarten interaction system,the crisis of trust between parents and teachers caused by teacher stigma,and the bias of parents'understanding of parental participation.Finally,it proposes to strengthen communication and resolve the crisis of trust;Strengthen supervision and implement the homeland cooperation system;teacher training to enhance teacher competencies;Strengthen parent education and promote parents'active participation in Home-kindergarten cooperation to eliminate the alienation of Home-kindergarten cooperation.
