摘　　要：基础教育新课标中核心素养的一体化设计,是指基础教育课程核心素养与学生发展核心素养的对接,以及基础教育内部义务教育与普通高中课程核心素养的对接。从整体上看,基础教育课程核心素养全面覆盖了学生发展核心素养的要点,也展现了学科应有的独特性或专业性;义务教育与普通高中课程核心素养的对接呈现互补性与连续性的特征。基础教育不同学段所要达到的学生发展核心素养都有具体要求,它们是学生发展核心素养真正在基础教育中落地的不可或缺的环节,明确这些要求有利于提高整个基础教育培育学生核心素养的课程转化效率。Integrated design of core competency in new curriculum standards of basic education refers to the docking of the core competency of basic education curriculum and students'development,as well as of compulsory education and ordinary high school curriculum.On the whole,core competency of basic education curriculum covers the key points of that of students'development,and at the same time shows the uniqueness and professionalism of curriculum.The docking shows complementarity and continuity.There are specific requirements for students'development core competency in different stages of basic education,which are indispensable for students'development core competency.Clarifying these requirements will help to promote the cultivation of students'core competency in basic education.
