摘 要:高等职业教育质量共治格局是职业教育改革的主要内容,是推动我国高等职业教育质量持续提升的重要支撑,是职业教育不断满足产业转型升级需求、适应经济发展方式转变的重要路径。本文明确了高等职业教育质量共治的法律与政策依据,提出了高等职业教育质量共治管控实践与融合属性的内涵,构建了“院校自治、政府监管、行业自律、社会监督”四位一体质量共治格局的形成思路,分析了高等职业教育质量治理面临的问题与挑战,提出了实现高等职业教育质量共治格局的具体举措,破除发展路径依赖,助力高等职业教育实现高质量发展。The co-govemance pattern of higher vocational education quality is the main content of vocational education reform,an important support to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of Higher Vocational Education in China,and an important path for vocational education to continuously meet the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading and adapt to the transformation of economic development mode.With the definition of the legal and policy basis for the quality co-govemance of higher vocational education,it puts forward the connotation of the practice and integration attribute of the quality co-govemance of higher vocational education,and constructs the formation idea of the four in one quality co-govemance pattern of college autonomy,government supervision,industry self-discipline and social supervision.The problems and challenges faced by the quality governance of higher vocational education are analyzed to put forward specific measures to achieve the pattern of co governance of higher vocational education quality,break the dependence of development path,and help higher vocational education achieve high-quality development.
