摘  要:教学能力是教师专业素养最为重要的表现形式.以“感知、体验、内化”和“价值认同、观摩教学、模拟教学、实践教学”为主线,通过引领价值认同、创设观摩教学机会、教学设计训练、教学实施训练、教学诊断与评价训练、教学实践训练、教学反思与研究训练等策略,树立以学为中心和强化实践能力发展的人才培养理念,搭建丰富多样的培养平台,提升师范生的数学教学能力.Taking"perception,experience,internalization"and"value identification,observation teaching,simulation teaching,and practical teaching"as the main line,through strategies such as leading value identification,creating observation teaching opportunities,teaching design training,teaching implementation training,teaching diagnosis and evaluation training,teaching practice training,teaching reflection and research training,the concept of talent training centered on learning and strengthening the development of practical ability is formed,and a rich and diverse training platform is built to improve the mathematics teaching ability of normal students.
