高校党建育人制度化建设的价值导向与路径探索

摘　　要：党建育人制度化建设是贯彻党的二十大提出的“为党育人”精神,强化高校党组织政治职能、坚定高校政治教育方向、推动高校全面从严治党向纵深发展的必由之路。文章分析高校党建育人制度化建设的重要意义,探讨高校党建育人制度化建设的价值导向,指出高校党建育人制度化建设的路径:加强党建育人的顶层设计,完善高校党建育人制度章程;推动基层党支部标准化建设,筑牢高校党建育人的基层堡垒。The institutionalized construction of party building and educating people is the only way to implement the spirit of"educating people for the party"proposed by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,strengthen the political functions of party organizations in universities,strengthen the direction of political education in universities,and promote the comprehensive and strict governance of the party in universities to develop in depth.The article analyzes the important significance of the institutional construction of party building and educating people in universities,probes into the value orientation of the institutional construction of party building and educating people in universities,and points out the path of the institutional construction of party building and educating people in universities:strengthening the top-level design of party building and educating people,and improving the regulations of the system of party building and educating people in universities;promote the standardization construction of grassroots party branches,and build a grassroots fortress for party building and educating people in colleges and universities.
