摘  要:指向“幸福”的师幼交往活动是在幼儿园一日活动中,师幼双方通过轻松、积极、有意义的双向交流与沟通,形成一种平衡、生成、呼应、循环上升的教与学、接受与内化关系的活动。幼儿从中获得情感态度、知识、技能、品质的提升与发展,教师从中获得价值观、职业幸福感、专业素养的提升。师幼在属于自己的学习与生活中快乐健康地成长,并拥有持久的幸福感。指向“幸福”的师幼交往活动要关注情感,关注交往,关注双向。The teacher-child interaction activity that points to"happiness"is an activity in kindergarten where both teachers and children form a balanced,generative,responsive,and cyclical relationship between teaching and learning,acceptance,and internalization through relaxed,positive,and meaningful two-way communication.The improvement and development of children's emotional attitudes,abilities,knowledge,skills,and qualities through it;teachers gain an improvement in their values,professional happiness,and professional competence through it.Teachers and children grow up happily and healthily in their own learning and life,and have a lasting sense of happiness.Teacher child interaction activities that point to"happiness"should focus on emotions,communication,and both directions.
