产教融合背景下中职机电类人才培养刍探

摘　　要：在教育改革不断推进的背景下,如何培养综合能力强、职业素质高的专业人才成为中职学校的育人重点。产教融合模式应用于中职机电类人才培养中有助于强化学生的职业意识,提升学生的实践能力,培养学生的综合素养。文章立足于中职机电专业教学现状,分析产教融合的概念、特征以及涉及的相关教育理论,阐述产教融合对培养中职机电类人才的作用,重点从文化融合、标准融合、教学融合等层面探究产教融合背景下中职机电类人才的培养策略,以供参考。In the context of the continuous promotion of educational reform,how to cultivate professional talents with strong comprehensive abilities and high professional quality has become the focus of education in secondary vocational schools.The application of the industry-teaching integration model in the training of mechanical and electrical talents in secondary vocational schools can help strengthen students'professional awareness,enhance their practical ability,and cultivate their comprehensive literacy.Based on the current teaching situation of mechanical and electrical majors in secondary vocational schools,this article analyzes the concept,characteristics,and related educational theories of industrial and educational integration,expounds the role of industrial and educational integration in cultivating mechanical and electrical talents in secondary vocational schools,and explores the training strategies for mechanical and electrical talents in the context of industrial and educational integration from the perspectives of cultural integration,standard integration,and teaching integration for reference.
