红色基因融入高职院校育人体系的价值意蕴与实践路径——以黄冈职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：“红色基因”是中国共产党人的精神内核,是中华民族的精神枢纽。将红色基因融入高职院校育人体系,有利于传承民族精神、树立信念导向、培养学生的道德情操。高职院校要健全红色基因育人制度体系,创新红色基因育人模式,开发红色基因育人课程及教材,加强红色基因育人校园文化建设,打造红色基因育人实践基地。The red gene is the spiritual core of the Chinese Communists and the spiritual pivot of the Chinese nation.Integrating the red gene into the educational system of higher vocational colleges is conducive to passing down the national spirit,establishing faith orientation and cultivating students'moral sentiments.Higher vocational colleges should improve the system of red gene education,innovate the mode of red gene education,develop red gene education courses and teaching materials,strengthen the construction of red gene education campus culture,and build red gene education training bases.
