摘 要:目的:探讨以柯氏模型为基础的规范化培训对实习护生综合能力及护理质量的影响。方法:选取2019年8~12月在济宁医学院附属医院实习的护生130名,随机分为常规组及研究组,各65名。对常规组护生行常规带教,对研究组护生行以柯氏模型为基础的规范化培训,比较两组护生培训后综合能力、护理质量及培训前后临床决策能力。结果:培训后,研究组护生综合能力显著提高,各维度评分与培训前及常规组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护生护理质量的评分显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训前及培训2个月后,两组护生临床决策能力无显著差异,培训6个月后,研究组护生临床决策能力显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施以柯氏模型为基础的规范化培训能够有效提高实习护生综合能力及护理质量,同时有助于提高护生临床决策能力,值得推广。Objective To explore the impact of standardized training based on the Kirkpatrick's model on the comprehensive ability and quality of nursing students.Methods A total of 130 nursing students who were interned in this hospital from August to December 2019 were randomly divided into routine group and study group,65 cases of each group.The routine group was given routine instruction,and the study group was given Kirkpatrick's model based on the standardized training.The two groups'comprehensive ability,nursing quality and clinical decision-making ability before and after training were compared.Results After training,the comprehensive ability of the study group was significantly improved,and the scores of each dimension were significantly different from those before training and in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of nursing quality in the study group was significantly higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the training and 2 months after the training,there was no significant difference in the clinical decision-making ability of nursing students between the two groups.After 6 months of training,the clinical decision-making ability of nursing students in the study group was significantly higher than that in the routine group,and the diference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of standardized training based on the Kirkpatrick's model can effectively improve the comprehensive ability and quality of nursing students,and help to improve the clinical decisionmaking ability of nursing students,which is worthy of promotion.
