信息化背景下中职体育教学方式改革研究

摘　　要：中职院校是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,能够为我国培养大量的职业技能人才,满足社会发展过程中的人才需要。体育教学作为中职院校的重要教学活动,能够提升中职学生的身体素质,与专业理论课程学习一起提升学生综合素质。想要将信息技术融入中职体育教学,就要针对中职院校的体育教学过程中存在的不足,积极探索信息技术与中职体育教学结合的重要意义,然后针对性地提出改革措施,以提高中职体育教学水平。Vocational schools are an important component of China's education system,capable of cultivating a large number of vocational and technical talents to meet the talent needs of social development.As an important teaching activity in vocational colleges,physical education can enhance the physical fitness of vocational students and enhance their comprehensive quality together with the study of professional theoretical courses.To integrate information technology into vocational physical education teaching,it is necessary to address the shortcomings in the physical education teaching process in vocational colleges,actively explore the importance of combining information technology with vocational physical education teaching,and then propose targeted reform measures to improve the level of vocational physical education teaching.
